Trader Joe’s Easy Dumpling Bake

This is one of those meals where people think you spent a long time cooking… but you didn’t.
We love this one because it’s warm, comforting, and super easy!
Ingredients:
- 1 bag frozen Trader Joe’s Gyoza dumplings (pork, chicken or veggie)
- 1/2 cup Trader Joe’s Teriyaki Shoyu sauce
- 1 bottle of Trader Joe’s Thai Red Curry Sauce
- 1 1/2 cans of Coconut Milk
- 1–2 cups Broccoli (optional)
- Green onions (optional)
Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Mix the bottle of Thai Red Curry Sauce, the cans of Coconut Milk and the Shoyu sauce all together so its really mixed well
- Add dumplings in a single layer to fill the baking dish
- Add broccoli, if using
- Cover with foil
- Bake for 35 minutes
- Top with green onions when its done and put it over some steamed rice!
