A Day at American Dream Mall

My latest adventure took me to American Dream Mall in East Rutherford, New Jersey, and it was amazing! This mall isn’t just for shopping—it has so many cool attractions, including a giant Toys R Us, a massive Nickelodeon Universe theme park, and fun meet-and-greets with characters from my favorite shows!

Exploring Toys R Us

One of the first places I visited was Toys R Us, and it was HUGE!

🦒 Geoffrey the Giraffe – Toys R Us has a super cool giraffe mascot named Geoffrey, and he’s everywhere in the store!
🧸 Tons of Toys – The store had a huge selection of toys, from stuffed animals to video games to action figures.
∞ Autism-Friendly Tip: The store is big and exciting, but if it gets too overwhelming, taking breaks in quieter sections can help!

Nickelodeon Universe – Rides and Attractions

Nickelodeon Universe is an indoor theme park with rides, play areas, and character meet-and-greets. It was so much fun!

🎈 Paw Patrol Hot Air Balloon Ride

  • This ride is like a ferris wheel, but instead of regular seats, you sit in hot air balloons!
  • It felt like I was floating in the sky, just like in an episode of Paw Patrol!

🚒 Paw Patrol Adventure Bay Play Area

  • This was an awesome play structure with Paw Patrol characters and their vehicles.
  • They even had the Lookout Tower, just like in the show!

Shimmer and Shine Magic Carpet Ride

  • This ride lets you sit on a magic carpet, and it moves up and down like you’re flying through Zahramay Falls!

Autism-Friendly Tip: Some rides can be bright and loud, so bringing noise-canceling headphones might help if sensory input is too much!

Meeting the Paw Patrol Characters

The best part of my visit was meeting Chase and Marshall!

🐶 Chase & Marshall Meet-and-Greet

  • I got to give big hugs to Chase and Marshall!
  • We took fun photos together, and I loved every moment.

∞ Autism-Friendly Tip: If waiting in lines is hard, try going earlier in the day when it’s less crowded.

Final Thoughts on American Dream Mall

American Dream Mall is so much more than just a mall—it’s like a mini theme park with rides, character meet-and-greets, and fun stores! I had so much fun exploring, playing, and meeting my favorite Paw Patrol friends.

Would I go back? YES! There’s still so much more to see and do, and I can’t wait for my next visit.

Until the next adventure!
