“Inside Out” Green Smoothie Recipe
Gut Health & Greens Boost
💚 “Inside Out” Smoothie for Greens & Gut Support
A Vibrant Blend for Calm, Focus & All the Feelings
We’re big fans of colorful movies and colorful smoothies — and this one is inspired by one of our favorites: Inside Out. Just like the movie helps kids understand their feelings, this smoothie helps our bodies feel more balanced, calm, and ready to take on the day.
We call it the Inside Out Smoothie because it’s packed with nutrient-dense greens and detox support — but it’s still fruity, sweet, and kid-approved.
💚 Why We Love It
Some days we all need a reset — especially when we’re feeling “all the feelings” like Riley in Inside Out. This smoothie is our go-to for gut health, greens, and gentle detoxification, all in a berry-based blend that feels as bright as Joy herself.
And yes — it’s a great way to sneak in greens without drama. 😉

✨ Feel-Good Fuel (Without the Fight)
This smoothie proves that greens don’t have to be scary. With the sweet taste of berries and a splash of OJ, it hides the greens like a secret ingredient — all while giving your body what it needs to feel more steady and supported from the inside out.
We love using it as a midday snack, or even part of lunch when we need a reset.
